Paneer Butter Masala Recipe

Aim :  To perform a delicious Paneer Butter Masala Apparatus :  Paneer - 200 grams Butter or oil - 2 tbsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Milk or water - 1/4 cup Bay Leaf - 1 Sugar - 1/4 tsp Onion - 1 (For Gravy) Tomato - 3  (For Gravy) Green chili - 1  (For Gravy) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp  (For Gravy) Cardamom - 2  (For Gravy)  Cloves - 2  (For Gravy) Cinnamon - 1/2 inch stick  (For Gravy) Cashew nuts - 8 to 10  (For Gravy) Salt - to taste Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp Procedure :  Take all the ingredients mentioned under "For Gravy" in a mixer jar. Grind to a smooth paste using little water. In a pressure cooker, add the ground paste and the other main ingredients and mix well. Place the cooker on the small burner of the stove and cook for 2 whistles over medium flame. After the pressure gets released on its own, open the lid and mix well. Hang Back without doing Anything One of the best ways to recover after work is just to lie down.  This helps you feel relaxed and gives both your mind and your body a much needed rest from your day. Lie down on your bed or couch. Close your eyes and do nothing. You don't need to do this for very long time. A few minutes can help you feel more relaxed. 10 to 15 minute should do that. 2. Switch to Comfortable Clothes No Belts, Ties, Heels or Collars allowed. Don't stay in your work attire when you got home. If you're feeling tired or drained, swap to some fresh and comfy clothes. It might not be fashionable, but comfort should be the aim here and you should be ready to do a very little thing which makes you feel better. 3.
